Naturally sweet and flavored with vanilla and cinnamon, this simple yogurt fruit dip comes together in less than 5 minutes and is a healthy snack. You can substitute Greek yogurt for added nutrients and protein.
Ingredients
1 cup plain organic yogurt (can use Greek Yogurt for extra protein)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Fruit, to serve

Mix all ingredients together. Taste, and adjust honey, vanilla or cinnamon as desired
