A Fast and Easy Soup For The Crock Pot
This soup is high in protein and very calorie friendly
INGREDIENTS
Non Stick Cooking Spray
2 pounds ground turkey breast
1 onion, chopped
1, 15 oz. can Chili Beans, do not drain
1 15 oz. can kidney beans, do not drain
10 oz. frozen corn kernels
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
16 oz canned tomato sauce
3 cups water
2 (approx 15 oz.) cans diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
2 packets low sodium taco seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add the ground turkey breast and cook over medium heat until browned. Move to Crock Pot.
Add all the other ingredients to the Crock Pot and stir well to combine.
Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
